For those of you who don't know, I have made many changes in my eating habits over the past several months. This has resulted in some excess pounds dropping off. Which in turn made me very happy. But around Christmas the pounds stopped coming off. Ack! I have been stuck on a weight plateau ever since. I got some exercise equipment, and started using it even, and still the pounds were not coming off. This has been very frustrating to me.
But, I have kept at it, because I believed that eventually things would change. And today they did! Finally, after far too many weeks, I have seen some new weight loss. Yippee! Another two pounds off this big old body. I am so happy, happy, happy! :)

Yipee! Isn't that a great feeling? I am so happy for you! Exercising maybe is helping you build muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, so sometimes the weight loss progress isn't always easy to measure by a scale. Glad you didn't get too discouraged that you hit a plateau for a while!
Congratulations!!!! One of these days I have to get serious about losing some weight...
You have been tagged! See my blog.
Great job!
If you've been exercising, you've probably been building lean body mass while losing some fat...so wouldn't necessarily see a loss on the scale but could see a loss in inches.
I'm a scale junkie, though, I need to see that number going down. Mine finally did, too, after nearly 5 weeks of staying the same.
Onward and downward!
